How to Work With Us

Choosing a Studio

When your community recognizes that your stained glass windows need to be repaired or would like a new design you may not know where to begin. In order to best prepare for a project of this stature, your community will want to seek out several companies, like Associated Crafts® & Willet Hauser, to submit proposals.

Ask Relevant Questions

Before inviting the team to bid, ask the studio to send references over at least a five-year period of business. Experienced businesses are who you want to restore or create new designs for your stained glass windows. You want to ask questions along the lines of how long the company has been in business and their experience with your particular need.

Check Company Reviews

During your research you want to request evidence of financial viability and stability. Financial history status will be listed with Dunn & Bradstreet or the company’s bank. A letter of reference from their bank and/or a Dunn & Bradstreet report provides financial evidence for your research.

Also review the state’s websites where the company is licensed. Ensure that the company has the proper workers’ comp, insurance, as well as the state contracting licenses as required. Check the resumes of the management team to verify that there are master crafts people in charge of your project. Here at Associated Crafts® & Willet Hauser® we have a comprehensive completion process to verify every customer is fully satisfied.
