Following up on the New Year, New You train, let’s extrapolate that on a larger scale. What if we took the push and effort we had to renew ourselves and put it towards rebuilding, renovating, or renewing our churches? Is 2021 the year your institution grows? Wondering how you can even afford it? This time on the Associated Crafts & Willet Hauser blog we want to talk to you about fundraising and financing your church projects!

Church Financing Through Griffin Church Loans

Associated Crafts & Willet Hauser understand that financing is a huge concern (and unfortunately often a hurdle) for many congregations. That’s why we have worked especially closely to form a partnership with Griffin Capital Funding.

Who is Griffin Capital Funding

Griffin Capital Funding was founded in 1999 with the express purpose of helping churches meet their financing goals. Each year they work with thousands of institutions to help them understand and improve the financial situation. They offer free insight and advice into the ins and outs of church financing including loans, mortgages, refinancing, and the like. All of this to help churches and their communities grow.  They close roughly $100 million in funding, every year and those loans can be used for purchasing, refinancing, renovation, or construction of church properties.  Their end goal is to leave every church better off for having worked with them. That’s why they offer low-interest rates and loans from $75,000 up to $30,000,000.

They’ve helped over a thousand churches get the funding they need to build their spaces and their communities.

Ready to see how Griffin can help your church? Here’s what you need to do!

Step 1: Complete Your Church Pre-Qualification Form

To fill this out – you’ll need information about the church, the land, and the best point of contact as well as Year to Date income & expense statements, as well as statements for the last three years.

This will then go to the fine folks at Griffin Capital Funding, our partners in financing church projects.  When you work with Griffin you can expect to be approved, at the very least conditionally, (or denied) in 24 hours. When approved you’ll be able to work immediately with a dedicated account representative to answer questions, guide you through the process, and ensure you get the rate and terms you need to meet your church’s needs.

Step 2: Learn About the Available Loans

This .pdf goes over some of the basics about the church loans available. Review it and you’ll have a bit of a better understanding when it comes time to meet with a Griffin Capital Funding representative.

Now, what about Fundraising?

Church Fundraising with Associated Crafts & Willet Hauser

Associated Crafts & Willet Hauser has more than a century of experience in restoring and preserving stained glass windows. With all that time working in this industry, we also have some decades of experience when it comes to fundraising and we are more than happy to share!

When we help communities get started with their fundraising, we approach helping through two avenues, first consultation, and second with marketing tools to help drum up support. Our consultation is free with no obligations attached to get communities started. Whether they work with us or not, we want to make sure every church organization has the understanding and tools they need to make their projects come to life.

When it comes to marketing tools, these are custom built to fit, to provide as much power and potential as possible! While we can’t give it all out here in this blog, you’ll have to trust us that these will help your church raise the funds necessary. Want to know more? This is a free, no-obligation consultation to get you started. We just want you to know your options, and better fund your church.
